Strategic approach: 2020 ended on a low note for the auto market in Romania, with 22.6% less cars registered vs 2019. The last months of the year showed a potential for recovery in 2021, especially on the hybrid sector where Toyota has been the innovator and leader of hybrid technology for over two decades.

What could we do to catch this wave and capitalize on both the Toyota expertise and the increased interest of the Romanian people for hybrid cars?

We had plans to improve our strategy, but we also needed to work on our search campaigns, as the end of year showed an increase in CPCs and competitors being more active in this channel, thus contributing to the increasing costs.
