Strategy description:

We had to tap into a real issue and bring added value for the users. What was the only certain thing we did know? This year, the 1st of May falls on a Wednesday.

Execution:

Idea: as the 1st of May is on a Wednesday, most people go to work the following day. But what if ROM could extend the fun all through the weekend? Take two days off from work in order to volunteer for ROM! What boss could say no to a noble cause? So we created F.R.A.T.E. Users could log into the website to become volunteers for different causes, then fill in the leave request for their bosses and we gave them all the reasons to approve the leave through a custom e-mail.
