MARKETING CHALLENGE: While continuing to be Romania`s most reliable humanitarian movement, the Romanian Red Cross needed to find its voice in the new context of technology and increase people’s perception over the organization. Objectives: Developing brand awareness among young people for an intense popularization of the cause. Promoting the First Aid courses and attracting a higher number of participants in the First Aid program. Exceeding the target of 1.000 application downloads.

Execution:

Being an application dedicated to the all ages and training levels, "Prim Ajutor" presents the most important interventions through text and images, VIDEO TUTORIALS AND AUDIO SUPPORT.The emergency number 112 can be dialed through click2call from every Emergency section in the app. A Facebook share button and an online registration form for the "First Aid Courses" were included in the Info section. The media budget was minimal, the campaign including banners, mobile banners, PR, social media.
